Epoxy
(Epoxy is a transparent resin that is added to the surface of the pins to make them smooth and bright, it also creates a protective layer over nails to prevent them from chipping or cracking.)
Soft Enamel
(The enamel is only added once and when it gets dry, the enamel clings to the edges and recessed below the metal die line. You will feel the metal ridges when you rub your thumb over the soft enamel pin.)
Hard Enamel
(The enamel is added over several times after the die struck process. It’s heated at a very high temperature to harden and polished smooth so it can be at the same level as the metal die lines. You will not feel the metal borders when you touch it.)
Die Struck
(The antique process creates a contrast between the raised (shinier) and recessed (darker) components of your design. Popular plating options include antique gold and antique silver, however, we do have the ability to antique rose gold, copper, and brass.)
Offset Printing
(We can print pictures, images, and camera-ready artwork using a 4-color process in this style. Your design is transferred into a surface of a metal pin then a clear epoxy is applied over the imprint to protect the image’s surface from damage.)
3D
(It's usually created without enamel colors and are often made of gold, nickel, silver, and other metals. Its process is considered to be flexible fine and you can produce any beautiful 3D images into a custom 3D pin.)
Rhinestone
(It's made of Brass, Iron, Zinc alloy, and Pewter with many colors of rhinestones, and different fittings & finishing, can be as glamorous as Jewelry!)
Flashing Acrylic
(A LED Flashing pin. Light up, let loose and have some fun! This may particularly be used in occasions specially in Birthday parties / Bachelor's party, Events, and etc. Replaceable Mercury (CR927) batteries.)

(It's processed digitally into actual acrylic badges, made of acrylic with UV digital printing, with transparent or solid acrylic color as the background option, custom size and shapes available as they are easily formed by laser cutting for smooth edges.)
